ANKARA, July 16 (Reuters)– Ten Turkish seafarers were hijacked by armed pirates that struck a Turkish- flagged freight ship off the shore of Nigeria, the vessel’s proprietor stated on Tuesday, including that an additional 8 seafarers were left securely aboard.
