Four crew members of the Norwegian Breakaway have been injured in an accident throughout a rescue boat drill in Bermuda. 

The accident occurred Wednesday because the cruise ship was docked on the Heritage Wharf on the Royal Naval Dockyard.

Norwegian Cruise Lines has confirmed to gCaptain that one of many injured crew members has died. 

The crew was collaborating in a routine drill when the rescue boat fell and was left hanging by a wire, leading to 4 crew members falling into the water, according to the Royal Gazette.
