Canada’s TSB Sends Team to Investigate St. Lawrence River Tug Sinkings
The Transportation Safety Board of Canada (TSB) has despatched a crew of investigators to probe Monday’s sinking of two tugboats on the Saint Lawrence River, marking the TSB’s second deployment this week within the space.

The TSB says its crew will collect data and asses the 2 occurrences.
The incidents comply with the grounding of the MV Tundra bulk service on the St. Lawrence River off Summerstown, Ontario. That incident can also be being investigated by the TSB.
