
Stanislav Yudin Prepares For Heavy Lift Project Offshore Venezuela
Seaway Heavy Lifting (SHL) introduced in the present day the signing of a brand new contract with Cardon IV, a 50/50 three way partnership between ENI and Repsol, to help the transportation and set up (T&I) of three gasoline manufacturing platforms and the related tie-in to the prevailing subsea infrastructure on the La Perla Field offshore Venezuela. The area is positioned in waters roughly 70 meters deep.
SHL says the mission is already beneath means and their crane vessel Stanislav Yudin is within the course of of getting a saturation diving package put in on board for the subsea portion of the job. In addition to the Stanislav Yudin and its two supporting vessels, a complete of 7 tug/barge spreads can be operated to move the platforms and subsea infrastructure from Gulf of Mexico ports to the location.
Once in manufacturing, the La Perla area is aimed to provide 450 MMscfd of gasoline and related condensates, with goal as much as 1200 MMscfd with the execution of a 3rd improvement part early 2018. The area was initially found in 1976 by the jackup rig Ensco 68.
SHL says the T&I mission is anticipated to take 5 months and can be managed by way of SHL’s headquarters within the Netherlands and from their mission workplace in The Woodlands, Texas.
