Coast Guard Sector New Orleans held an adjustment of command event at Sector New Orleans in New Orleans, Friday.

During the event,Capt Kristi M. Luttrell moved command of Sector New Orleans toCapt Will E. Watson, withRear Adm John P. Nadeau, leader, Eighth Coast Guard District, administering.

The Sector New Orleans leader likewise acts as captain of the Port of New Orleans, helping with the complimentary circulation of over $650 million in everyday business.
