The U.S. Navy’s Military Sealift Command has awarded Hornbeck Offshore Operators LLC, Covington, La., a $37,980,207 contract that exercises a one-year option period for the operation and maintenance of four modified offshore supply vessels, identified as T-AGSEs vessels: USNS Arrowhead, USNS Eagleview, USNS Westwind and USNS Black Powder.
The vessels serve as blocking vessels in support of the Navy. The contract includes a 215-day base period, nine one-year option periods and one, 150-day option period.
Work for this option period will be performed at sea worldwide and is expected to be completed by Sept. 30, 2021.
