Moran Towing orders two new 80 tonnes bollard pull harbor tugs

New Canaan, Conn., headquartered Moran Towing Corporation has chosen Master Boat Builders to construct two next-generation harbor tugs. Developed in cooperation with Vancouver, B.C., naval structure agency Robert Allan Ltd., the RApport 2800, 80-tonnes-plus bollard pull, escort tugs, may have a size of 92 ft and breadth of 40 ft and will likely be outfitted with Tier IV essential engines assembly the newest EPA laws.
