Antwerp’s Scaldis Salvage & Marine Contractors NV has introduced an order for a novel self-propelled DP2 crane ship with 4,000 ton lifting capability from Royal IHC.

The ship, referred to as the Rambiz 4000, might be operated by Scaldis and used for set up and decommissioning actions for the oil and fuel trade, in addition to the set up of offshore wind farms.
