This compilation was apparently filmed aboard an Emergency Rescue and Response Vessel (ERRV) belonging to North Star Shipping. It was almost definitely filmed within the North Sea, presumably because the remnants of Hurricane Gonzalo hit northwestern Europe in October. At least all this in line with the uploader.
