A five-story “building” was seen travelling along the Yangtze River in southwest China’s Chongqing Municipality onSaturday The “building” was really a drifting dining establishment.
Authorities claimed the dining establishment required to transfer because of plans. Since it had no power, it required to be pressed ahead by a set of watercrafts to its brand-new place.
