The development of the “Green Jade” DP3 heavy carry and set up vessel, the primary such vessel in-built Taiwan, was accomplished Friday.
The vessel was commissioned by the CDWE consortium consisting of Belgium’s DEME Offshore and Taiwan’s CSBC, and is designed to deal with the subsequent era of multi-megawatt generators, jackets, and elements.
The Green Jade vessel is first anticipated to be deployed within the Zhong Neng wind farm, adopted by the Hai Long wind farm beginning in July.
With a 4,000-tonne crane capability, the vessel can transport a number of jackets and basis elements for the brand new big wind generators in a single cargo.
