Tokyo Gas and 13 different Japanese firms plan to arrange a consortium “soon” to develop expertise to mass produce floating offshore wind energy amenities at a low price, the Nikkei enterprise each day reported on Wednesday.
The different firms embody Japan’s greatest energy generator JERA and regional utilities Kansai Electric Power, Tohoku Electric Power and Chubu Electric Power, the Nikkei mentioned.
Although Japanese firms have offshore wind belongings in nations from Taiwan to Belgium and Britain, they’ve but to construct large-scale farms at house.
