The EU Commission on Friday stated it had cleared the acquisition of the logistics operations of conglomerate Bollore by delivery group CMA CGM, topic to plenty of circumstances proposed by the businesses.
The fee, which oversees competitors coverage within the 27-nation European Union, stated that the acquisition had been authorized after its investigation discovered plenty of considerations.
To deal with them, the events agreed to divest all of Bolloré Logistics’ actions in Guadeloupe, Martinique, Saint Martin and French Guiana, in addition to plenty of property in metropolitan France linked to those actions.
