The proprietor of the Ever Given container ship claimed on Wednesday that the vessel would certainly go through a dive study at Egypt’s Port Said, at the north end of the Suez Canal, prior to continuing to the following port where its freight would certainly be released.
“We regret the impact that the voyage delay has had on those with cargo stuck onboard but we can assure all cargo interests that throughout this matter, every effort has been made to minimize the delay and to secure the release of the vessel as quickly as possible,” the business claimed in a declaration.
