Shipping team A.P. Moller-Maersk stated on Friday it had actually consented to acquire Danish logistics firm Martin Bencher Group in an offer valued at $61 million.
“Martin Bencher will be an excellent fit to Maersk and our integrator strategy, strengthening our ability to provide project logistics services to our global clients,” stated Maersk’s Regional Managing Director in Europe, Karsten Kildahl.
Headquartered in Aarhus, Denmark, Martin Bencher runs in 23 nations with 170 staff members and also concentrates on relocating large freight.
The offer goes through governing authorizations, Maersk stated.
