Ukraine’s international ministry stated on Thursday a Russian ship transportation Ukrainian grain had actually been permitted to leave the Turkish port of Karasu, calling it an “unacceptable situation and summoning Turkey’s ambassador.
“We remorse that Russia’s ship Zhibek Zholy, which contained taken Ukrainian grain, was permitted to leave Karasu port in spite of criminal proof offered to the Turkish authorities,” foreign ministry spokesperson Oleg Nikolenko wrote on Twitter.
