INEOS Forties Pipeline System (FPS) has chosen Liebherr for the availability of a brand new Ram Luffing (RL) collection offshore crane for its Unity Platform within the UK North Sea.

In June 2023, UK-based Sparrows Group secured a three-and-a-half-year contract with INEOS FPS to supply crane and lifting gear operations, upkeep, engineering, and inspection companies on the Unity platform.
The contract contains all mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and structural upkeep of cranes and lifting gear, which will probably be executed by Sparrows UK group from its headquarters in Aberdeen.
