Norwegian firm Reach Subsea has prolonged the constitution for the Olympic Taurus subsea vessel and ordered two new Constructor-type remotely operated automobiles (ROVs) from Kystdesign.
Back in February, Reach Subsea announced a 100-day project charter for the subsea vessel Olympic Taurus, with extension choices for two+1+1 years.
The firm has now prolonged the constitution for an extra two years and retain choices for an additional 1+1 years.

In addition, Reach Subsea has ordered two new Constructor ROVs from Kystdesign with supply in May 2024, which shall be financed by way of the gear leasing body settlement.
The Constructor is a heavy obligation ROV designed for carrying and working massive instruments and modules and has a depth score of 3000 meters. Following supply, the ROVs shall be mobilized onto the Reach Subsea fleet and can increase its subsea service capability into the 2024 season.
