Russia’s Federal Security Service (FSB) stated on Monday that it had actually located traces of nitroglycerins on a ship taking a trip from Turkey to the port of Rostov- on-Don in Russia to grab grain.

The FSB stated the ship had actually been anchored in the Ukrainian port of Kiliia in May, which it might have been utilized to provide nitroglycerins to Ukraine.

It stated the ship had actually transformed its name while in the Turkish port of Tuzla previously this month as well as changed its staff, which had actually contained 12 Ukrainian nationals.

“These circumstances may indicate the possibility of using the foreign civilian ship to deliver explosives to the territory of Ukraine,” it stated.

The vessel, which it did not name, had actually been examined in the Kerch Strait as well as was prohibited from proceeding its trip, after which it left Russian waters, the FSB stated

Reuters might not promptly verify the information of the FSB declaration. It came one week after Russia took out of an arrangement that had actually allowed Ukraine to export grain from its Black Sea ports, with ships going through safety and security evaluations.
