TTB 2023: Panelists to debate the tech shift as we transfer to decrease emissions

On March 7-8 in Mobile, Ala., Tugs, Towboats & Barges (TTB) 2023 will as soon as once more convey collectively house owners, operators, naval architects, shipbuilders and extra to debate advances in know-how and design, in addition to strategies of assembly environmental and financial objectives.
