Our highly talented and experienced team at De Nora has always advocated long-term, consistent and reliable solutions to compliance that deliver the best value over the lifecycle of a vessel. This approach was recently further validated by the United States Coastguard ’s (USCG) Type-Approval for our Balpure ballast water treatment system. As the shipping industry fast approaches the BWMC deadline and demand for ballast water treatment systems grows exponentially, I look forward to working with our team to ensure they are able to continue delivering the most attractive total offering to ship owners and operators, with a focus on becoming their partner of choice, fostering long-term relationships and providing unbiased practical information that answers the industry’s calls for transparency. By achieving all this, our goal is to make ballast water treatment decisions easy for ship owners and operators who are on the cusp of complex investment decisions related to environmental compliance.”
